What to tell us
The more you tell us, the more useful our first reply will be. It helps to know how many trucks you run, what you carry, which countries you deliver to, and where you are losing the most time today — route planning, driver paperwork, invoicing, or answering calls about where a load is. If you already run a TMS, tell us which one and what it will not do for you. There is no wrong way to start, though — a few lines about what is going wrong today is enough to get a useful conversation going.

Your message reaches us directly. There is no call centre and no automated qualification — someone on our team reads it. Straightforward questions we answer by email. If you are weighing up whether Retrack TMS fits your operation, we will usually suggest a short call or a walkthrough, so you can see the system running against your own routes rather than a generic demo dataset. And if Retrack TMS turns out not to be the right fit for what you need, we will tell you so rather than push you towards a demo.
